2024 Director’s Excellence in Publication Awards

The Office of the Deputy Director for Science and Technology has announced the winners of the 2024 Director’s S&T Excellence in Publication Awards. This award rewards outstanding scientific and technical publications by Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory employees. Publications honored by this award are judged to have an especially significant impact on the external scientific and technical community or important Laboratory missions.

The winning 17 papers cover the spectrum of research at the Laboratory across its entire range of core competencies. Ten of the papers were authored by Laboratory researchers, four by postdoctoral scholars and three by students.* Please note that only Laboratory employees are officially recognized, except for select postdoc and student papers. Please see the publication for the full list of authors.
