The Director’s Office has announced the winners of the 2025 Director’s Science and Technology Excellence in Publication Award. This award rewards outstanding scientific and technical publications by LLNL employees. Publications honored by this award are judged to have an especially significant impact on the external scientific and technical community or on important Laboratory missions.
The winning 18 papers cover the spectrum of research at the Laboratory across its entire range of core competencies. Ten of the papers were authored by Laboratory researchers, four by postdoctoral scholars, and four by students.
